제목 In situ Zn coordination induced molecular order in polyaniline
초록 Molecular- scale ordered is a challenging issue of current research in an area of materials science. It is well known fact that crystallinity of conducting polymers improves the mechanical and electrical properties in fascinating ways. However, for improving crystallinity, well trained manpower and complex procedure required. Herein, we report a cost-effective and a one step in situ process to produce controlled molecular ordered in polyaniline via Zinc ions coordination using solvent–vapor thermal annealing (SVTA). The resulting PANI film shows long range ordering at molecular level, which was confirmed by high –voltage electron microscopy. The in -situ coordination crosslinking produced very fascinating new class of molecular ordering in the PANI films and enhanced their conductivity, showing potential candidate for several electronic and energy devices.
