제목 Preparation of Silk Fibroin Microparticle by Electrospraying Method
초록 The silk fibroin has potential as a biomaterial because of its biocompatibility, biodegradability, and mechanical property. In this study, we prepared silk fibroin microparticles by electrospraying method. The LiCl/DMSO was used as a solvent for silk fibroin dissolution. PEG was blended with silk fibroin dope solution in order to prepare porous silk fibroin microparticle. Uniform and small silk fibroin microparticles were prepared and pores were formed at the surface of silk fibroin microparticle. Finally we tested swelling ratio and drug release profile in order to use the microparticle as a drug carrier.
