Anionic poly(styrenesulfonate) as a cathode interface layer for the optoelectronic devices |
초록 |
Introducing an interfacial layer (IFL) between the active layer and cathode has been one of the important ways to enhance the photovoltaic performance of the polymer solar cells. It has been reported that IFL could improve the charge collecting and transporting properties. We inserted anionic poly(styrenesulfonate) derivative between the active layer and cathode as an IFL. A thin layer of poly(styrenesulfonate) at the interface reduces the contact resistance and the work function of cathode. It is possibly due to that the interface dipole is generated between the active layer and the metal cathode. In this presentation, we will discuss the characterisics of polymer solar cells using poly(styrenesulfonate) as a cathode IFL. |
