We reported simple synthetic method for water-soluble silicon nano particles (SiNPs) by hydrothermal method. SiNPs have properties with water-dispersibility, low cytotoxicity, photostability. SiNPs with these properties have many applications including chemical sensor and bioimaging. Researchers have reported various synthesis method based on different starting material. In this study, SiNPs were fabricated by one-pot approach using 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES) as Si precursor and organic acid (maleic acid or succinic acid) as reducing agents. Resulting SiNPs showed blue emission at 436.3 nm and 441.2 nm under 360 nm excitation wavelength and were highly dispersible in aqueous media, which is promising for various applications including chemical sensing and bioimaging. 2017년 한국교통대학교 지원을 받아 수행하였음. |
