제목 Thermo-sensitive CQDs Based on PNIPAM
초록 Recently, carbon quantum dots (CQDs) have received great research interests due to their excellent fluoresce performance, good biocompatibility, and photostability. In this study, poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide) (PNIPAM) was incorporated into the microwave-assisted synthesis of CQDs from lysine. Due to the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) characteristics of PNIPAM, the resulting CQDs can show temperature-dependent optical performance, which can be widely utilized in many applications such as temperature sensors. The compositional and morphological features of CQDs prepared from lysine and PNIPAM with different lysine to PNIPAM feeding ratio will be discussed in detail.
