Fabrication of Highly Conductive ABS Resin Composite for 3D Printing Processing |

In this study, a ternary composite was prepared by introducing polyaniline (PANI) nanostructures and water-dispersible graphene (WDG) into a acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymer matrix. The optimal content of the PANI/WDG cofiller system not only constitutes extended conductive paths inside the ABS resin, but also ensures excellent printability of the ABS composite resin. ABS resins with PANI/WDG cofillers were able to achieve significantly improved electrical properties compared to both pure resin and ABS resins with homostructured fillers. These results are due to the synergistic effects of the high redox activity of the PANI nanostructures and the excellent electron transport of the WDG sheets. |
