제목 무전해 도금법에 의한 연삭용 니켈-다이아몬드 복합분체 제조
초록 Ni-diamond composite powders with nickel layer of round-top type on the surface of synthetic diamond (140/170 mesh) were prepared with semi-batch reactor by electroless plating method (EN). The effect of nickel concentration and feeding rate of reductant, temperature, reaction time and stirring speed on the weight percentage of deposited Ni and morphology, mean particle size and specific surface area of the composite powders were investigated by AAS, FE-SEM, EDX, XRD, PSA and BET.
The weight percentage of Ni in the composite powder increased with time and temperature but decreased with stirring speed and was 55 % at 150 min., 200 rpm and 70 ℃. This paper reports the preparation of Ni-diamond composite powder with Ni layer of round-top type with a semi-batch reactor by electroless plating method. The effect of nickel concentration, feeding rate of reductant, temperature, reaction time, and stirring speed on the weight percentage of deposited Ni, morphology, mean particle size and specific surface area of Ni-diamond composite powders were examined. Ni wt. % of composite powder decreased with stirring speed but increased with time. In the case of 700 rpm of stirring speed, 70 ℃ of reaction temperature and 12.5 g/l of nickel concentration, Ni wt. % of composite powder was 55 %. Ni-P layers have grown into thick and nodule-like type with feeding rate of reductant and time.
