제목 Multi-responsive Supramolecular Switches on Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles and their Application for Controlled Cargo Release
초록 Multi-responsive nanovehicle for controlled drug release have aroused broad interests in biomedical application because of therapeutic efficiency. Multifunctional gate keepers on mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) have attracted substantial attention in the area of drug delivery due to large pore volume, high surface area and good biocompatibility. However, these MSNs have complicated synthesis process in response to various stimuli. Here, we report facile method for synthesizing multi-responsive gatekeepers and gel composites through metal-phenolic network. Robust metal-phenolic complex showed efficient capping property without sustained release and pulsatile release of guest molecules in response to ultrasound and electrical input. This study can be realized as a promising and flexible platform for active-type drug-delivery applications such as transdermal patches and implantable gels.
