제목 | Preparation of Unagglomerated Polypyrrole Nanoparticles without using Templates and Surfactants |
초록 | Polypyrrole (PPy) nanoparticles have been attracting much attention due to such various applications as nano-sized transistors, displays and chemical sensors, etc. Thus far, template method and microemulsion method have been adopted to prepare PPy nanoparticles, however, these methods require excess external supporting materials and produce nanoparticles of much aggregated or clustered form. This study was aimed first of all at suggesting possible approaches for the preparation of PPy nanoparticles without using template or surfactant, and secondly fabricating the unagglomerated PPy nanoparticles using an easy and environmental-friendly method. From the theoretical calculation, the size and stability of the products were expected. And the data of obtained PPy showed the correlation to the theoretical expectations. The obtained PPy nanoparticles were completely unagglomerated and of size, ca. 588 nm. |
