제목 상분리를 이용한 다공성 폴리락틱에시드 지지체의 제조
초록 The regular, and high-interconnected macro porous poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA) scaffold was fabricated from PLLA-dioxane-water ternary system with added PEG-PLLA diblock via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) method. The morphology of scaffold was investigated in detail by the control of TIPS parameter, such as quenching temperature, quenching depth, polymer concentration, aging time, molecular structure and concentration of diblocks. The pore size of scaffold in this system was obtained from 0.05mm to 0.3mm with the more aging time by coalescence process.
