| 제목 | Preparation and characterization of polyimide with inorganic : Influence of thermal properties |
| 초록 | Polyimide - inorganic films were prepared by sol-gel procedure and thermal imidization. polyimide - inorganic have been frequently used in recent research. Inorganics were blended with polyimide to develop glass transition temperature(Tg) with improving thermal and mechanical properties of polyimide. The resulting material was measured for dielectric constant, morphology and thermal stability. The DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimeter), TGA(Thermogravimetric analyzer) and Dielectric analyzer was used to measure the glass transition temperature(Tg), the decomposition temperature(Td) and the dielectric constant. |
