제목 | Modified PEDOT:PSS with a Random Type Dopant as Hole Transport Layer for Organic Electronics |
초록 | Conducting polymers(CPs) have a lot of advantages such as low-cost, processability, electrical and optical properties. One of successful CPs is PEDOT:PSS due to its excellent properties mentioned above. PEDOT:PSS has been used for hole transport layer(HTL) or transparent electrode layer depending on the dopant ratio. Because of its acidic property, however, there are some weak points such as water-, weather-, and long-term stability. In this study, a PEDOT derivative was synthesized by oxidative polymerization. It shows good dispersion, highly transparent and electrical properties. The derivative was used as a HTL for organic electronics. |
