제목 pH dependence of swelling and drug releasing behavior of nanogels based on polyasprtemide graft copolymers prepared by UV radiation
초록 pH sensitive nano gels based on polyasphaltamide graft copolymers were prepared by crosslinking the self assembled nano aggregates in the presence of a series of hydrophobic and hydrohphilic grafting segments. Being different from the physical nano aggregates which dissociate at the acidic condition via ionization of the pH sensitive moisey, API, the nano gels synthesized in this study swells instead at the same acidic condition. The chemical structure and morphology of nano gels were analyzed using FTIR, 1H-FTNMR, and TEM. The pH dependence of particle size from 120 to 250 nm was investigated using the light scattering analyzer. The swelling behavior of nano cores at acidic condition triggered the abrupt drug release and this pH dependent pattern occurred reversibly and quikly. This nano gel may still have a endosome rupturing characteristic, as its buffering effect was as strong as that of uncrosslinked nano aggregates The nano gel has a big potential application for the sustained release of nano carriers in intracellular delivery.
