초록 The polypyrrole(PPy) is one of the most extensively studied ones, because of its high conductivity, oxygen resistance, thermostability and nontoxicity, which are favorable for various applications. PPy can be conventionally prepared by a stoichiometric oxidative polymerization of pyrrole using oxidants or by an electrochemical polymerization. Electrochemically synthesized PPy composites have better electrochemical conductivity than chemically polymerized and more easily synthesized. However, PPy prepared electrochemically was insoluble and infusible because of the strong inter-and intra- molecular interactions among PPy chains. When the PPy obtained by using a bulk dopant is soluble in some organic solvent. It is good point of chemical method. But in this case, also PPy is very brittle, that can be limits the various applications. In this study, we synthesize the PPy by both methods using a polyelectrolyte. First, we are aim to concoct two functions of the conducting polymer and the thermally sensitive polymer. The copolymers of the thermally sensitive polymer (N-isopropyl acrylamide, NIPAAm) and the polyelectrolyte (2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propane sulfonic acid, AMPS) were used as a dopant for the electrochemical polymerization in order to prepare the composite of the conducting and the thermally sensitive polymer. These results were compared with PPy composites used by a thermal insensitive polymer (acrylamide, AAm). Second, we studied chemical synthesis of the soluble PPy by using a monomeric dopant with a polymeric co-dopant and an oxidant in an aqueous solution. The bulk monomeric dopant increases the solubility of PPy and the polymeric co-dopant induces remarkable improvements of the mechanical properties of the cast film and miscibility of the polymer with other polymers.
