제목 Fabrication of continuous microfluidic device for sequential microparticles trapping
초록 Microparticles trapping are critical to diverse analysis in chemistry and biology. Microfluidic-based array system are widely used for providing efficient analysis platform. To manipulate single-particles, fluid dynamics in microfluidic device have been developed for fabrication of microparticle array. In here, we present a microfluidic-based single-particle array with enhanced efficiency of single-particle trapping. Upon optimization of single-particle trapping, we evaluate the effect of trap geometries and flow rate to increase efficiencies of single particle trapping. The microparticle efficiencies are different in flow rate and trap geometries. Thus, we found the optimal flow rate and trap geometry with high efficiency of single-particle trapping. Therefore, microfluidic device could offer a platform for a wide range of applications such as chemical reaction, single cell based assay  and cell biology.
