Physical properties of polycarbonate film reinforced byPAI nanofiber |
| 초록 |
PC film was reinforced by PAI nanofiber to strengthen a mechanical property. PAI was chosen since it has thermal and chemical stability. PAI fiber with nano sized diameter was made by electrospinning.Mechanical and thermal properties of the materials were tested by UTM and thermal analyzer, respectively. SEM was used to observe fiber morphology. Visible ray's transmittance of nanofiber reinforced PC film was improved. Mechanical and thermal property of PAI film, PAI nanoweb and composite material were tested and compared. |
