Colloidal lead-based perovskite quantum dots (QDs) with formula ABX3 have recently demonstrated great attentions because of their remarkable optical properties such as color purity and tunable wavelength. And colloidal perovskite QDs is dispersed by organic solvent, it can be easily produced devices using normally coating techniques. However, they also have problems about toxicity and stability. Thus, the replacement of lead with other metals is a challenge to meet the environmental pollution and air stability. In this regard, the bismuth based perovskite has emerged as a candidate of other metals with great potential because they have not only low-toxic but also air stable properties. In this work, we synthesized colloidal lead-free bismuth perovskite QDs via a LARP method. The emission color of lead-free bismuth perovskite QDs was also controlled by changing several cations. Furthermore, we applied perovskite QDs with lead-free bismuth for the light harvesting semiconductor. |
