제목 Epoxide hydrolase-mediated enantioselective biohydrolysis for the production of chiral compouds
초록 Chiral intermediates such chiral epoxides and diols are important synthons for the synthesis of chiral pharmaceuticals. Epoxide hydrolases (EHs) can be used for preparing chiral epoxides and the corresponding vicinal diols. Chiral vicinal (R)-1,2-phenylethanediol could be obtained with yield more than 50% by EHs-mediated enantioselective biohydrolysis. Effects of surfactant addition and reaction temperature on enantiopurity and yield were investigated for single or two EHs-catalyzed enantioselective biohydrolysis reactions.
