제목 | Study for control cloud point of tween20 by using additives |
초록 | Coacervate extraction is a method that can be used to extract solute from solvent efficiently at low cloud point. In this study, we particularly carry out the experiment that able to reduce cloud point to room temperature by using Tween 20. The cloud point of surfactant solution could be reduced from 93 to 32 ℃ through the addition of sodium chloride. The reduction of cloud point by using sodium chloride is insufficient to reduce cloud point to room temperature. For that reason, mixed additive is used to overcome this problem. By using mixture additive, the cloud point could be successfully reduced to room temperature. |
