제목 Electrical and mechanical properties of UV- cured polyurethane acrylate/ graphene oxide nanocomposites
초록 PUA with excellent flexibility and mechanical properties has been used in many applications such as coatings and adhesives. UV-curing technology has been studied by many researchers due to low energy consumption, low temperature operation, environmental friendliness, and high curing speed. As reported in previous literatures, graphene and GO have been added into various polymer composites, which shows remarkably reinforced properties. In this study, urethane acrylate oligomer was synthesized by the reaction of PTMG, TDI and HEA using DBTDL as a catalyst. And 2-hydroxy-2methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone was used as a photo initiator. FT-IR was performed for observation of structure of PUA/GO nanocomposites. The volume resistivites of PUA/GO nanocmposites were measured. Tensile strength properties of PUA/GO nanocomposites were measured using UTM. DSC thermograms exhibited thermal properties of PUA/GO nanocomposites. TEM images showed the morphology of PUA/GO nanocomposites.
