제목 A new class of solution processes for controlled, rapid fabrication of single wall carbon nanotube thin films
초록 Here, we report a novel deposition process to produce a transparent and conducting film. The film were prepared by dragging tens of microliters of aqueous suspension of SWNT trapped between two plates. Subsequently it is doped with nitric acid. The precise tuning of the optoelectronic properties of the SWNT thin films is achieved by simply varying the SWNT concentration, dragging speed and angle between two plates. Our method remarkably enable to control over the film thickness on the subnanometer scale. This coating technique is easiy able to obtain large SWNT thin films by using more wider plate.
