제목 Synthesis of Methotrexate grafted Low Molecular water soluble chitosan with Metoxy poly ethylene glycol and Biotin
초록 The Biotin-PEG-Low molecular water soluble chitosan-Methotrexate (BPLMMTX) was synthesized by reaction with LMWSC-MTX (LMMTX) and Metoxy Poly(Ethylene glycol) (mPEG). The structure was prepared by chemical reaction with Biotin, mPEG and LMMTX for Targeted polymeric drug delivery system. The structure was investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), and ¹H Nuclear magnetic resonance (¹H-NMR), Particle formation was confirmed to become by Transmission electron microscopy (TEM,), Electrophoretic LS spectrophotometer (ELS-8000). These results indicate that the efficacy of MTX against tumor cells can be increased by this targeting method.
