Synthesis and Characterization Carboxymethyl group modified Chitosan-graft-methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) for adriamycin delivery system |
| 초록 |
Carboxymethyl chitosan-graft-poly(ethylene glycol) was synthesized with carboxymethyl group modified Chitosan and methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) by chemical reaction for adriamycin(ADR) delively system. CMPEG(carboxymethyl chitosan-grafted PEG)-adriamycin was synthesized by ion-complex with adriamycin to CMPEG C6-COOH(carboxymethyl group). The structure were characterized by 1H-NMR(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance), FT-IR(Fourier transform infrared). The aim of the present study was to get a deeper insight into the O-CMCh-PEG-ADR (OCMPEGGADR) and of prepared OCMPEGADR nanoparticles. |
