제목 Synthesis of Chitosan Nanoparticles improved by PEGylation with Targeting Peptide for Gene carrier
초록 In this study we conjugated the cyclic dimeric RGD peptide, E-[c(RGDfK)2 with difunctional polyethylene glycol (PEG) into the cationic polymer, LMWSC (Low molecular weight water soluble chitosan). Tumor growth was αvβ3 integrin-binding related to angiogenesis dependent. Targeted polymeric gene delivery system, LMWSC-PEG-RGD (LMPR), was developed by incorporating the αvβ3 integrin-binding. We synthesized LMWSC-PEG-RGD conjugate and the physicochemical properties of the LMPR were investigated by using 1H-NMR, Dynamic light scattering and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). The LMPR Nanoparticle was investigated to gene carrier.
