Synthesize of Carboxymethyl Chitosan-g-Quinolone antibacterial agents |
| 초록 |
We carboxmethyl groups of the chitosan C2-NH2 position was introduced. Carboxymethyl group modified chitosan(NCMCh)-quinolone antibacterial agents was synthesized with NCMCh and quinolone antibacterial agents for quinolone antibacterial agents delively system. The structual characterisitcs of NCMCh-quinolone antibacterial agents was investigated by FT-IR, 1H NMR. The release behaviors of NCMCh-quinolone antibacterial agents from this proposed delivery system in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) solution at 37 °C were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. |
