제목 Synthesis and characterization of Fe doped PBCCO as a IT-SOFC cathode
초록 The layered structured PrBa0.8Ca0.2Co2O5+δ is regarded as a promising cathode material for intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cell (IT-SOFC) due to its high electrochemical performance and stability. The stability and electrochemical performance are expected to be improved by Fe doping on the Co site.  
In this study, we synthesized and characterized the Fe doped PrBa0.8Ca0.2Co2O5+δ as promising cathode materials for IT-SOFC in terms of their structural, thermal, and electrical properties. The study shows that doping Fe can improve electrochemical performance while maintaining structural and thermal stability. The amount of Fe doping is optimized to 0.5 in PBCCO (PrBa0.8Ca0.2Co1.5Fe0.5O5+δ) to get the best performance as a promising cathode material for IT-SOFC.
