제목 Recent report on graphene-application trends for multi-functional Al based hybrid materials.
초록 The concept of van der Waals heterostructures has led to a new technology of layer-by-layer engineering of two-dimensional (2D) materials with atomic precision. Out of the abundance of 2D materials, graphene still remains the most unique material. Its high electron mobility, heat conducting, electrical conductivity with the atomic level size. This superb physical and chemical properties leads to its application to various fields. In this talk, the recent research progress in graphene and graphene-based application will be presented and the practical aspects of multi-functional Al hybrid materials.
