제목 Enhancement of Perovskite Solar Cell Efficiency Using Graphene Quantum Dot
초록 Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) were fabricated with various carbon materials on active layer to improve the electron transport for better energy conversion efficiency. In this study, graphene quantum dots(GQDs) were added into perovskite layer to fabricate a highly efficient perovskite solar cells. To prove the effectiveness of graphene quantum dots in perovskite solar cells, we fabricated perovskite solar cell without GQDs and perovskite solar cell with GQDs. The perovskite solar cells fabricated with the graphene quantum dots shows high current density (Jsc), high open voltage (V​oc) and high fill factor(ff). The efficiency(η) was enhanced due to the reduced recombination and improvement of electron mobility.
