| 제목 | Synthesis of Pyridazine Derivatives for Diels-Alder reactions |
| 초록 | The hetero Diels-Alder reaction is one of the most important methods for the synthesis of heterocycles. A plethora of different acyclic and cyclic diaza dienes has been employed, and pyridazine derivatives have received significant attention as electron-deficient dienes in an inverse-demand Diels-Alder reactions. Herein, we will report synthesis of various pyridazine derivatives. The malonyl, nitromethyl, and nitrile groups were introduced to prepare the strongly electron-deficient diens. Successful functionalization of them into several synthetic building blocks was also achieved. |
