제목 Ultra-filtration Membrane of Electrospun Nano-fibrous Poly(acrylonitirle) (PAN) and Poly(ether sulfone) (PES) Blend
초록 The ultra-filtration membrane of electrospun nano-fibrous polymer blends can provide high flux efficiency owing to the high porosity and a solid connection between the pores. The blend of poly(acrylonitrile) (PAN) and poly(ether sulfone) (PES) was prepared as the electrospun nano-fibrous membrane using NMP/DMF as the cosolvent. DMF, a non-solvent for PES, was used to adjust the volatility of the polymer solution. The microstructure and morphology of electrospun fiber were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and TEM. The fiber diameter and morphology of the PAN/PES nano-fibrous membranes were found to depend on the polymer concentration and solvents ratio in the cosolvent. Also, the mechanical and thermal properties of PAN/PES nano-fibrous membrane were tested via UTM, TGA and DSC.
