The enhancement of photoluminescence of LiSrPO4:Eu2+ phosphor prepared by spray pyrolysis |
| 초록 |
Blue emitting LiSrPO4:Eu2+ phosphor particles for whitelight emitting diode (LED)were synthesized by spray pyrolysis. Flux materials with low melting point were introduced to enhance PL intensity of LiSrPO4:Eu2+ phosphor in spray pyrolysis. The effect of flux materials on the crystallinity, morphology and PL intensity of LiSrPO4:Eu2+ phosphor was investigatedby SEM, XRD and spectrofluorephotometry. |
