제목 Synthesis and physical properties of polyurethane primer for sublimation printing
초록 In advanced countries where the custom printing industry has been developed, products with curved surfaces are commercialized using 3D sublimation printing, but they have disadvantages like low transfer efficiency and low transparency, and development of pretreatment agents is necessary. Therefore, in this study, water-dispersed PU was synthesized by using Silicone Diol and fluorine-based diol, which can improve the adhesion of printed material to improve printability of sublimation transfer film. We also analyzed the physical properties and formulated it with Acryl Based resin, and conducted research to develop the optimum sublimation transfer condition.
