제목 Improvement of kinetic motion of drops on the active microfluidic paper chip printed with CNT ink
초록 The open type of digital microfluidic devices (DMFs) is preferred because of many advantages such as easily integrated into existing microchips, its fabrication ensuring high operational reproducibility and simple design. So we have developed a paper based open device that is coated with several components such as parylene–C, Teflon AF and low viscous silicone oil to reduce the surface tension. We found out the displacement of drops as a function of the gap size with respect to the different DC and AC voltages on the paper chip. And also estimate the velocity of drops in the different volume size and voltages. In this paper chip, the electrodes are printed with CNT ink by using inkjet printer. In the further work, we will realize a bio-chip of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) on our paper chip, worked on hybrid chip that is covered with a glass.
