Glutaldehyde-crosslinked chitosan Microsphere as biomedical and pharmaceutical aids |
| 초록 |
Chitosan, a natural linear biopolyaminosaccharide, possesses the properties such as low toxicity, biodegradability and desirable biocompatibility, which make it suitable for the microsphere. glutaraldehyde with the advantages of stability and biocompatibility of the crosslinked products whose quality assessment and manipulation chitosan microsphere(CMS) were successfully constructed in encapsulations. We studied the morphology, size distribution and loading efficiency of the CMS. This study was supported by IPET(Korea Institute of planning & Evaluation for Technology in Food, Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries) Research Fund in 2009. |
