제목 Synthesis of colloidal PbS/CuS quantum dots for high performance quantum dots-sensitized solar cells
초록 Colloidal PbS quantum dots have captured great attention to be used for optoelectronic devices such as solar cells and photo detectors. Although the performance of PbS-based quantum dots-sensitized solar cells have seen large increase in device performance over the years, it is still relatively low compared to conventional solar cells. In this work CuS-coated colloidal PbS quantum dots were synthesized via hot-injection and cationic exchange reaction. In order to optimize the optoelectronic properties, the core PbS size and CuS content was systematically controlled by conducting cationic exchange reaction at a low temperature, decelerating the reaction. A high power conversion efficiency of 9.3% was obtained using the optimized colloidal PbS/CuS quantum dots.
