제목 Preparation and Release Properties of Allopurinol Imprinted MEL_MBS Nonoparticles
초록 This study focuses on the prepared of allopurinol (ALP) imprinted MEL_MBS nanoparticles (MEL_SNPs) using mungbean starch (MBS), melanin (MEL) as a photothermal agent, and crosslinking agents (trisodium trimetaphosphate (STMP) and sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP)). The SNPs were prepared using water/oil emulsion method. The prepared SNPs were characterized by FT-IR, FE-SEM, TEM, DLS analysis. Photothermal effects of MEL_SNPs were evaluated with NIR laser irradiation. Results of DLS anlaysis, particle size distributions were confirmed that MEL_SNPs formed nanoparicles with mean diameter 186.03nm. The results of NIR laser irradiated at SNPs with/without the addition of MEL, the temperature  increase of MEL_SNPs were higher than SNPs. This results indicate that MEL_SNPs has photothermal effect due to the addition of MEL as a photothermal agent. The results of ALP release properties of MEL_SNPs with NIR laser irradiation indicated that ALP release rate of MEL_SNPs were faster than SNPs.
