제목 | Development of thermally-stableNIR absorbing film based on heptamethine cyanine dyes with bistriflimideanion |
초록 | Near-infrared absorbing filmis one of the essential components of CMOS image sensor module, and its industrial importance has beenincreasing due to the rapid growth of the market size of autonomous vehicles,IoT devices, and multi-camera smartphones. Heptamethine cyanine dyes haveattractive optical properties such as strong NIR absorption and high visiblelight transmittance, but their practical use in the NIR absorbing film has beenlimited because of their low thermal stability. In this study, a series ofcyanine dyes were synthesized using two types of meso-substituents andbistriflimide (TFSI) counter anion. Furthermore, the effect of the introductionof substituents and TFSI anion on the material properties was investigated.TFSI substituted cyanine dyes showed improved thermal stability compared tounsubstituted cyanine dyes, and the initial absorptivity of the films based onTFSI was maintained even after the baking process at 150℃. |
