제목 | Compounding of nanocellulose and ultra high molecular weight polypropylene composite for high mechanical properties |
초록 | Ultrahigh molecular weight polypropylene (UHMWPP) and modified nanocellulose have been successfully synthesized. Modification was required because UHMWPP and nanocellulose were not compatible with each other. In this study, nanocellulose surface modification was performed as a method to increase the interfacial compatibility between polymers and fillers. CNF(Cellulosenano-fiber) was surface-modified with vinyl acetate and dried with a spray dryer. The compounding equipment used a twin-screw extruder, and after processing the specimen by hot press, it was measured using a universal test machine Composite test pieces have superior tensile strength and elongation compared to conventional test pieces, confirming their potential for use in future industries. |
