Recently, due to the requirement for development of hybrid cars and electric energy storage device, the solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) that can be able to use the lithium metal anode has got a lot of attention. However, it is difficult in the commercialization because the ionic conductivity of the SPE is low at room temperature. Accordingly, to study about the suitable polymer for SPE, poly (alkylene carbonate)s (PACs) which can be dissolved the salt due to the high density of coordination site were introduced as the SPE and the changes of ionic conductivity according to the architecture and the number of carbon atoms in the repeating unit were studied systematically. And characterizations of the PACs based SPEs were carried out by means of FT-IR, 1H NMR, impedance analyzer, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and optical tensiometry. |
