제목 Fungal-derivedcarboxymethyl chitosan-polydopamine-reduced graphene oxide based hydrogels forwound dressing applications
초록 Inspired by the musseladhesion chemistry, we developed skin adhesive wound dressing hydrogels composedof polydopamine-reduced-graphene oxide-fungal derived carboxymethyl chitosanpolyacrylamide networks (PDA-rGO-FCMCS-PAM) for wound healing of infectedwounds. The hydrogels show multifunctional properties such as mechanical, andcompressive properties with self-recoverability. The biological performance ofhydrogels resulted good biocompatible with skin fibroblasts cells and improved bloodclotting capability. Furthermore, the hydrogels show antibacterial property towardsE.coli and S.aureus. Therefore, the hydrogels can be potentially applied inwound dressing applications.
