제목 Synthesis of modified-tungstophosphoric acid for the production of high purity FAME to glycerol from edible oil transesterification
초록 Heteropolyacids (HPAs) are one of the most attractive catalyst because of strong acidity and redox properites in various reactions. However, HPAs has a limitation for practical use, especially as heterogeneous catalyst, because it has low surface area, high solubility in water. There were meaningful researches controlling acidity of heteropoly acid to avoid separation problems by changing H with various molecular. In this study, we synthesized modified-heteropoly acid combining 1,2,4-triazole(triazole) with 12-tungstophosphoric acid(PWA). In addition, we investigated physical and chemical properties that depend on the ratio of Triazole/PWA. We also studied transesterification of edible oil using Triazole/PWA as heterogeneous catalyst evaluating FAME contents in various reaction conditions.
