High-performance thermoelectric paper based on graphene/conducting polymer/tellurium nanowire |
초록 |
We propose a rationally designed graphene/polymer/inorganic nanocrystal free-standing paper with high-TE performance, high-flexibility, and mechanical/chemical durability. The ternary hybrid system has two heterojunctions to induce energy filtering effect, thus increasing the electrical conductivity without a major decrease in the thermopower. The ternary hybrid shows a power factor of 143 μW·m-1·K-1 that is 1–2 orders of magnitude higher than those of single- or binary-component materials. Furthermore, owing to outstanding mechanical and barrier properties of rGO, the hybrids exhibit not only high flexibility but also excellent mechanical and chemical durability. |
