제목 Enhanced thermal resistance of ceramic/polysilsesquioxane coated polypropylene separators for lithium ion batteries
초록 As the use of lithium ion batteries become widespread, the safety is considered critical problem. One of the most important components to ensure safety is the separator membrane. Thermal resistance polymer coated separator with different concentration of coating solution have been prepared by a gun-spray coating. Ionic conductivity and dimensional stability increases with increasing concentration of ceramic nanoparticle. Ionic conductivity of the polymer coated separator membrane with 66% ceramic nanoparticle is 0.82 S/cm at room temperature and dimensional stability is ~90% at 150℃ for 30 min.
