제목 Fabrication of P3HT:OXCBA based Large Area Slot-Die Printed Organic Photovoltaic Modules
초록 Until now, a lot of effort to develop the large area organic photovoltaic cells has been attempted through the printing process. In the paper, we report the large area organic photovoltaic modules having low series resistance and high fill factor were fabricated by slot-die printing process. We designed and fabricated consecutively connected OPV modules with variation of dimension and number of pixels. As a result, 2.6% of PCE can be obtained from slot-die printed OPV module (120X120 mm2) using a mixture of P3HT and OXCBA as a photoactive layer with increased a Voc of 9 V and a fill factor of 0.51 under illumination of 100 mW/cm2 of 1.5G simulated light. We will discuss and compare the performance of printed OPV modules using various kinds of printing processes.
