Conjugated polyelectrolyte based on PFB as interlayer for Organic Solar cells. |
초록 |
We synthesized a polyelectrolyte with functionalities at the side chain, which we named PFB. Further, the polyelectrolyte was enhanced by using NOBF4 (nitrosonium tetrafluoroborate), a p-type dopant. The energy level of the WFs of ZnO/PFB or NOBF4-PFB was decreased from –4.40 eV (pristine ZnO) to –4.00 and –4.11 eV, respectively. The decreased energy offset of ZnO changes the Schottky contact to ohmic contact. A reduced Schottky barrier induces facile electron collection and transport from the active layer. So, Lowering the work function of the cathode electrode can improve device performance. As an interlayer, this polyelectrolyte can improve the performance of polymer solar cells (PSCs). Power conversion efficiency (PCE) for PSCs based on PFB and NOBF4-PFB are 9.41% and 9.51% higher than those for pristine PSCs using PTB7-Th as a reference (8.7%). |
