제목 | Atmospheric pressure plasma for energy harvesting devices |
초록 | Atmospheric pressure plasma technology is a versatile technology that has been applied in many energy harvesting such as solar cell, solar steam generation and storage devices. This feature article provides an overview of the advantages in atmospheric pressure plasma technology and its application to solar cells. The synthesis of nanohybrid materials, reduced graphene oxide, modified surface of TiO2 and transparent conducting oxide are carefully described in this review. |
