| 제목 | Total Synthesis of 2',4',6'-Trimethoxy-3',5'-Dimethylchalcone Derivatives |
| 초록 | 2,4'-Dihydroxy-6'-methoxy-3',5'-dimethylchalcone(DMC), extracted from natural plants, has been known for its pharmacological activies. In this study we report on the total synthesis of 2',4',6'-Trimethoxy-3',5'-Dimethylchalcone derivatives. The final chalcone skeleton structure was constructed via Claisen-Schmidt condensation with 8 different benzaldehyde dericatives. Compounds were analyzed by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. |
