제목 Synthesis of New Yellow Synergist for Stable Pigment Dispersion of Inkjet Ink
초록 Research for high resolution of ink drop minimization and self-dispersing pigment mixtures is attracting attention. of inkjet printing. A new synergist including the sulfonic acid group of PY-74 has been proposed and the synthesis has been successfully completed. Although the pigment itself showed no solubility in water, the novel synergistic SY-11 showed excellent solubility in water and organic solvents such as DMSO and DMF. When there was a water-based pigment ink, it was made from SY-11, and periodically the ink's storage stability was maintained for 7 days. Repeated heating and cooling conditions. The particle size of the formulated ink was about 150 nm.
