Electrical double-layer capacitor (EDLC) is possible to take advantage of high-capacity and high-speed storage of electricity. In particular, it is widely used in hybrid vehicles and renewable energy storage. Accordingly EDLC has grown rapidly which has become important to safety. So, we have aimed to improve the capacity and potential stability with N-doping process which cans reduce the gas generation of electrode. We have studied the structural reaction of melamine, urea and active carbon at high temperature. And then, we changed the ratio of melamine and active carbon. We evaluated the resulting nitrogen doped by using SEM, BET, XPS and we analyzed electrochemical properties through CV, Impedance, C-rate. We obtained a great performance with N-doping carbon using EDLC system. |
