Recently electrochemical capacitor has received much attention together with the lithium ion battery because it has an outstanding capacitance value, maintaining existing characteristics of electrostatic capacitor and electrolytic capacitor. However, recent applications to the portable electronic devices, hybrid electric vehicle and energy storage system require high energy density and high power energy source. To meet these needs, many studies about nano sized electrode and electrode materials are progressing. The large surface area of nano sized materials can lead to increasing the reaction surface. In this study, we manufactured anodic aluminium oxide template to control diameter and length of nanofiber. And we synthesized carbon nanofiber and lithium titanium oxide nanofiber which are used for electrode material. To observe the surface morphology, such as diameter and length of nano fibers, we tested scanning electron microscopy. |
